Why was Jimmy still smiling?

He had been caught red handed selling the goods to Mikey the Blue Bottle.  Caught in the shining beams of the Fire Fly police lamps. Yet he still grinned.  Was there something the coppers didn’t know?  What was Jimmy going to do?
