Is it Autumn?

With the weather in Brighton being so beautifully warm still I was wondering, is it yet autumn?  And do I want it to be autumn yet?

I’m not a big sun worshiper, those who know me realise that is a tad of an understatement, I wilt a little in the sun and  love the reds, yellows and golden colours of autumnal trees so come on autumn show us what you’ve got!

Happy Elephant’s Bottom Day, 2014.

Observed in Europe and the Americas each September.  Held on the Friday closest to 15th September. (The date of Jumbo’s death)

Started by Barnum and Bailey’s greatest Elephant, Jumbo in 1882 and to commemorate the fine quadrupeds heroic death in 1885.

For your delectation on this day please be happy and joyful to inspect, Tony’s bum!
